It leads the Western mind dwn alleys
Of sensual thought, and raises matters
That border on philosophy. If life is
Based on question, and the root of that
Is the erotic, does it mean the erotic is
The centre of being, not just at the centre
Of it? All of us are made from this intangible
Mess that constitutes eroticism, all of us
Are made from lust. What is love anyway
But a constant question?
