Nuance

Speed Nuance

Let’s do a puzzle, take it
Apart piece by misshapen piece,
And change the shapes into something new.
Like the dripping days of a static time,
The lost moments of a fading light,
Those waiting hating hours of
Rooms and rules and queues and ghosts.

Let’s make a puzzle
On the floor. Two backs
And an open door. Until
It hurts, and we can do no more.
Hearts stop under
The jigsaw.
