Corrodes in his
Quiet despair
Under the smile,
Indecision
Ever-present, the

Carelessly left
Eviscerated.

Control of him, every atom,
Every function, every nerve
And limb stretched out
Across the web of her making,
Until she bleeds him dry
Of everything he was, and he
Is an empty vessel, spent
And lost in a universe
Of nothing, the scientist
Dissected by the artist.
