We grasp at shadows
In the land of the lost.

The light blinds us on the bright walls.

Weightlessness is the loss
Of direction,
Up, down,
Left, right.

Everything looks different
Although we can’t see.

The mute lead the blind through the maze.

There’s a question
About all this, some
Greek dilemma, in
A Plato dialogue.

It wasn’t much to ask,
For clarity and honesty.

For some, it’s a semantic impossibility.

Paper crumples.
Plato falls.

Erratic weather.

Erratic physical and mental health.

The storms we have had today underline the fragility of all this … being.
